I have this mental picture/message that God is posting an ad everywhere in the world.
Especially during this week, again some church senior leaders approached me and Annie in regard to "join" youth ministries; so that we can become BIG and influencial. Yes, the idea or the intension is great. Don't get me wrong, I am down with unity and teamwork among churches. But how exactly do we make it happen? I honestly don't know.

I raised some questions, some sensitive ones.
Such as, do we want to have a “youth group in a church” or a “youth leader movement”? Do we want to babysit these second generation Christians or make them radical for Jesus? What would the parents do if I tell the young kids to love Jesus more than SAT? Do you mind if I ask your young people to be martyrs? Etc. Fun questions, eh?

My challenge to the church leaders is, are you willing to send your young people away to another youth group? Because chances are, we might lose them when they go to college anyway if we keep doing what we used to do to the young people. I have no problem with all Impact goes to another church if they decide to; I will still be doing what God calls me to do. I am committed to the success of the next generation leaders.

Lastly, I don’t have any agenda for our ministry; but my heart is to build up as many young patriarchs (spiritual fathers/mothers) as I can. I don’t intend to keep anyone with me unless God wants them to stay; they need to be released to do His work after all.

Everyone is looking for youth leaders, even God Himself! And they are the "minority", rare to find nowaday!

So, rise up and become one!
