A weeper, simply means a person who cries over certain things or people. A weeper of God, is a person who cries what God wants him/her to cry; he is a man/woman who receives the God's sorrow and bears His yoke. Just like Jeremiah in the Old Testment, he wept and wept because the judgement had come to the people of the Lord; yet they didn't seem to repent for their sin. Just like the apostle John, he wept and wept when he saw the revelation on the island of Patmos; he received the message but no one would understand him. They all wept before the Lord.
What about you and I? God is looking for those who are willing to weep for Him. You weep, but not comforted; then you will start to feel what He feels.
