Early this year, we had finally received a vision about Impact Harvest Church during our stay at IHOP. What we want to do is just 3 things, To Encounter, To Train, To Send. During this conference, Signs & Wonders, at IHOP; interestingly enough we got to know this special event called Jesus Culture. Somehow it reminded me of a year ago I received a post card from Jesus Culture, I didn't know what it was but I kept it till today. After going through Jesus Culture website, deep inside of my heart, I know that IHC needs to join Jesus Culture because the vision that God gave us at the IHOP prayer room matches with Jesus Culture.
This is God's heart for our generation! To Encounter. To Equip. To Send.
Finally we went to Jesus Culture, it was a phenomenal experience! City Invasion, praise & worship, dancing before God, encouraging messages, wow...they just blew me away.
City Invasion: We went down to Dana Point Harbor to pray and prophesy over people. It's my first time doing this street evangelism, prophetic message, heal the sick in a public place; I do it in a cell group or church setting, but never heal the sick or prophesy over people in public places. Yes, i did street evangelism before although it was not a pleasant experience. Many IHC young adults experienced God's supernatural works on people. I personally was hoping to know how they do it, so I basically just "follow the leader". Humility comes before honor, eh?
We did have a chance to pray for a man who was hoping to come back to God; he had problem with his boss or the owner of the company, we prayed for him and he was very touched. I could see tears in his eyes when we finished praying. Lord, bless this man so that he will come back to you once again.
After Jesus Culture, IHC young people started going to public places ie. restaurants, parks to pray and prophesy over people. Let the revival begin, Lord!
